When will my order arrive?
Delivery is always next-day. Usually between 11am and 4pm. We can't guarantee time slots as our route is different each day and there is only Dan driving around.
Can I use vouchers online?
At the moment we do not have the functionality to use the vouchers either physical or digital with our online shop. Please use them in store at the weekend or when we reopen the bar. All are indefinite in terms of expiry dates, so no rush.
How far will you deliver?
Our radius covers most of St Albans, and we will also now deliver to Harpenden / Wheathampstead on Tuesday and Wednesday, and to Bricket Wood / Radlett on Thursday and Friday.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, we have varying minimum spends depending on your location. Hover over the ? icon by the 'Delivery' in your cart and it should tell you what your minimum spend is. We have some amazing wines at great value prices, especially by the case, so please consider buying a bottle with your cheese and charcuterie.
My address isn't recognised
Put a nearby address that the system does recognise, and then put your correct address in the special requests box.
Can I order in advance?
We would prefer that you order for the next-day rather than place orders in advance unless you are ordering a lot in which case, give us a heads-up so we can get the stock in.
